KTMWORLD RACER SUPPORT PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

1. Display KTM WORLD decals on both sides of your race bike's front and rear fenders, and display KTM World banners any time you are at a track. Your Racer Support package will include the required decals and banners. Keep a neat, clean, professional pit area!

2. Always list or mention KTM WORLD as a sponsor anytime you list or mention sponsors. Your personal endorsement and recommendation of KTM WORLD to other racers is an integral part of your Racer Support Program.

3. Print, read, sign, and Fax or mail in this Support and Release Agreement, along with a copy of your drivers license. If you are a minor (under 18), please have a parent also sign and fax a drivers license copy. ( Fax 770-748-2447)

Your privacy is very important to us, and we will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone for any reason.


Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
I understand that racing is a dangerous sport and that I may be seriously injured or killed as a result of my participation in racing events. I agree to release and hold harmless KTM WORLD and HIGHLAND PARK RESORT, it's agents, employees, and owners, for any injury or death to myself or others, damage to my personal property or the property of others, for any reason whatsoever.

I further agree that my family members and relatives or anyone else working on my behalf will not hold the above mentioned persons and companies liable for any injury, death, or destruction of personal property as a result of my participation in racing and/or this support program. I have read this entire agreement, understand it fully, and by signing agree to all the terms and conditions.
